Payment and shipping

 

The following conditions apply:

  • Delivery only takes place within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Irland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)

As well as

  • International (Norway, Switzerland, United Kingdom)

 

Shipping/time costs*¹ (including statutory VAT):

  • Standard shipping Germany (1 - 2 working days) at 5,50€
  • Standard shipping Austria (2 – 5 working days) at 8,50€
  • Standard shipping European Union (5 – 11 working days) at 9,99€
  • Standard shipping International (7 – 21 working days) at 12,99€ 

Delivery times*¹

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the following applies:

  • Delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 3 - 5 working days after conclusion of the contract
  • Delivery of the goods abroad (European Union) takes place within 5 - 11 working days after conclusion of the contract
  • Delivery of the goods abroad (international) takes place within 7 – 21 working days after conclusion of the contract

(if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).

 

Example of delivery times

The total delivery time within Germany is on average 3-5 working days. This is made up of the production and shipping time

Production time usually takes 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday).

In the next step, the order is shipped. The shipping time normally takes 1-2 working days (within Germany).

*¹Important note: This is not a forward transaction! Adherence to the production time is not guaranteed, as there can always be unexpected production-related delays (e.g. due to misprints). Working day means from Monday to Friday.

 

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

Further payment details

If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
